Agnes Tang

Agnes Tang is a founding partner at Ducera Partners LLC, which offers strategic advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, liability management and restructuring. In her role, Agnes has a track record of success leveraging her deep and broad understanding of the media sector. This knowledge, coupled with her high business acumen, facilitates the identification of trends and emerging opportunities for value creation.

Before founding Ducera in 2015, Tang was an investment banking professional at Perella Weinberg Partners and Houlihan Lokey. She was also a strategy consultant at The Oliver Wyman Group, an affiliate of the Marsh & McLennan Companies. These roles developed her aptitude and capabilities as a deal-maker.

Tang serves as a member of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors at IPG Photonics since March 2022. Tang received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
